Aïsha

💙 Workshop: Cuddle Cruising, Closing Ceremony

I go with the political invitation to unlearn mastery and to get lost in order to find new ways of being with eachother on this planet that I deeply love.
My artistic expression is an ongoing research for pleasure in moments of being lost, of darkness, of listening to the earth and body for the next steps to come.

Aïsha is a queer multidisciplinary performance artist and facilitator (physical theatre, dance, butoh, voice) and currently feels at home in Leipzig.
Her love for bodies` wisdom, nature, rituals, groups in ecstasy and despair, pop culture, Afro-diasporic traditions and feminist sci fiction constantly finds new forms of expression in different constellations. Her work is an invitation to weirdness, magic, joy and the ongoing desire to create hopeful and magic connections.

💙 Performance

i am jakob klaffs (they / them / he / him), i live and work as an artist in the fields of performing arts, video, photography, music theater, and ritual art. I received funding from

the fonds darstellende künste and was a resident artist at kampnagel hamburg. being queer and with my background of dreams and practice in theater, classical music, and

opera, i find myself increasingly wondering: how can this western, this european culture, which holds itself in such high esteem, bring the entire planet’s nature to the brink of

collapse and spread a state of melancholy, depression, and dissociation around the whole globe? therefore, i now find myself exploring rituals as an art form in which art, activism,

somatics, healing, transformation, and genuine connection can come together.

💖 Workshop: Dramalama - how do we attach? 12.08.23

Hi! I am Axel (he/him), I live in Berlin where I work with embodiment and somatic therapy in 1-1-session and in workshops. I am part of Skinship and a co-curator of the Stretch Festival. I have a background in social justice, where I mainly worked to improve acces to health care for transgender and non-binary people. Around 4 years ago after a burn out, I made a change in perspective and started to learn about somatic therapy and how to be engaged in shaping a better world in a way that is sustainable for me and the people in my communities.

I am white, I grew up in Denmark, I identify as transgender on a masculine spectrum, I am the proud human companion of a soon 5 year old dog and I am currently studying to become a trauma therapist because having a more regulated nervous system changed my life for the better and I wish to give that gift to as many other people as possible.
